Pawfect Skin Changer Mod
for GTA San Andreas, v1.0 ONLY.

If you don't have v1 of San An, don't complain.

CONTROLS:
P - Start skin chooser
PAGE UP - Scroll skins up
PAGE DOWN - Scroll skins down
BACKSPACE - Keep skin
O - Resets skin to Carl
L - Reloads last applied skin

WTF?

- It's a mod to let you use ANY skin (not cutscenes) in the game on the player.

Why use this?

- There have been a lot of requests for something like this for San Andreas. I've only seen a few, and they've all been SCM mods. This is done with a hook (included exe file), so you can use all your save games and not replace any files. Nifty, huh?

Ok, so what does it do?

- It changes the skin of the player (S) and resets the skin � to the original Carl skin (based on your last save game load). When you press S, a ped will drop in front of you. Press PAGE UP and PAGE DOWN to browse the peds (special actors included) and BACKSPACE to select. The screen will fade and viola! A new skin for Carl.

Uh oh, I broke it...

- No, it just has a few issues. First of all. the player model is comprised of three different meshes (not including clothes), while the peds and special actors are 1 mesh. So when Carl gains or loses weight, the ped skin you're wearing will probably go wonky. Same thing if your character needs a specific outfit during a mission, or if you change clothes. In these cases, press R to reset the player to the normal Carl skin. Now you can change clothes or reapply the last used skin again with L.

- Also, cutscene models will not be used for obvious reasons. But with 300+ skins to play with, how can you go wrong?

This is lame.

- Then don't use it.

Again, it case you missed it, THIS MOD WILL ONLY WORK WITH V1.0 OF SAN ANDREAS!!! DON'T COMPLAIN AND DON'T ASK ME HOW TO GET IT.

EDIT: Not in the READ ME, but there is an interior limit on how many peds you can have loaded, so the hook purposely skips a bunch while inside interiors to avoid crashing. Simply put on your desired skin outside. If it goes messy upon entry, simply hit R then L to reapply the skin.

EDIT 2: To install, extract it anywhere. Double click the supplied exe to start the game. It also skips the intro movies.
